Ken Morley brings over twenty years of experience in Democratic electoral campaigns. Ken has served as a media and general consultant for campaigns and causes at all levels since 2008. Widely known as an innovative strategist, Ken helps campaigns to set clear goals, develops strategies and high impact advertising to achieve those goals, and builds organizations that can execute effectively.


During the 2014 cycle, Ken served as a general consultant for DGA independent expenditure campaigns in Connecticut, Florida and Illinois. In 2011 and 2012, Ken served as the general consultant to Our Washington, a grassroots coalition that led the independent expenditure in support of Governor Jay Inslee in Washington state, and as general consultant to Governor Jay Nixon’s victorious reelection campaign in Missouri.

Prior to moving to consulting, Ken managed successful campaigns for House, Senate and Governor. In 2008, Ken ran Governor Jay Nixon’s campaign in the swing state of Missouri. Nixon won by nineteen points while President Obama lost the state. During the 2006 midterm cycle, Ken managed the successful primary and general election campaigns of Senator Ben Cardin in Maryland, helping the Democrats retake the Senate chamber. In 2004, Ken managed Representative Allyson Schwartz to wins in tough primary and general election campaigns in a swing Philadelphia Congressional seat.
